How do I fix “device limit reached” trying to download music onto my phone?

I can’t download my music onto my phone, I recently just got a new phone and can’t fix this problem. I want to download my likes on my library but “device limit reached remove all downloads from another device to listen offline with this one”

I got a message about not being able to add anymore offline devices and saw how to eliminate a device if you still have it but I factory reset those devices when I traded them in. Is there another way?

My account is saying I have reached my 5 device limit for offline downloads, but I don't have 5 devices with Spotify on. Please help as I cannot download to my new phone.

My Question or Issue

We have been using Spotify as a family and now have 4 of us on mobile phones and 2 laptops. I have just changed my phone and Spotify says I cannot download playlists as we exceeded our devices. I have deleted downloads from 2xlaptops and my old phone and my daughter has opened her own account. So now we just have 2x phones with downloads. Why will it still not let me download playlists? Please help! I am a dance teacher and rely on my Spotify download library!!

Cambie mi telefono sin eliminar las descargas del telefono viejo y cuando quiero descargar canciones en el nuevo celular me dice que se alcanzo el limite de dispositivos con descargas. El telefono viejo no lo tengo mas en mi poder, asique no puedo borrar las descargas manualmente.

Broke my phone (cant use it at all!). Maximum devices with offline download is 3 and I need to remotely remove the downloads from my broken phone so the new one can also download (Im using 3 devices for downloads). I saw that this feature was avaliable years ago. Im not even gonna comment on how absurd that is and how the app is a total mess. Please solve this!

If you sign in on one of the other devices I think there's an options to "sign out of everywhere/all devices" somewhere in the settings.  Surely if you do this that will allow you to sign back into your chosen devices and redownload? (I don't know for sure but worth a try)

I have 6 devices with Spotify, and I can only download music on 4 devices. On the website, I read that I can download music on 5 devices. Where is my last device? Of course, I disconnected all devices from my account to check it.
I have a Duo subscription.

I recently got a new phone, and when i tried to download a playlist it simply gave me a note that said, you have reached your space limit, but the problem is that it asks me to remove the downloads manually from my other device, and my previous phone is not working, it literally stopped so now i cant download because spotify reads the other phone´s downloads and now wont let me in my new device

아이폰 초기화 후 스포티파이 앱 설치한 다음, 플레이리스트에 있는 곡들을 다운로드 받으려고 하니 "오프라인 기기를 더 이상 추가할 수 없습니다" 라는 메시지가 나옴.

다른 디바이스에서 다운로드를 제거하라고 하는데 이 아이폰하고 아이패드에서만 사용중임.
