How do I see which Folder a Playlist is saved to?

Hi, UK-based Premium user here (Windows desktop, Android on Samsung S10e - everything up to date)

I have a large number of Folders to organise my music by genre, or artist, etc. I am a forgetful sort though, so sometimes I forget where I've saved an Album or Playlist - but nevertheless I'm sure that I have. So, I search for the previously-saved Album and Spotify rightly tells me yes, you've saved this in a Folder at some point. Great! But not which Folder I saved it in.

Is there any way of telling which Folder a Playlist is saved in?

Currently there is no option to search in folder for a specific playlist. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Hi, thanks for the reply and link but that's a slightly different use case to the one I'm thinking of.

I know that I've got an Album saved to a Folder, but I don't know which Folder. I'd like the Folder name to be returned when I search for the Album name (or Song, Artist etc) 

Does anything like that exist?

Unfortunately, at the moment there isn't such a feature that lets you locate the folder in which an album/playlist is saved to. 

In this case, we invite you to submit an idea suggestion requesting that. In this article you can find the steps to submit it. We always take new ideas and feedback into consideration to improve the app. Here you can read more on how ideas work.

I k now this is an old thread, but I have the same problem. Sprawling mass of semi-organised folders that I know I have a playlist in, but I cannot see which folder its currently in s I can organise correctly
