My Question or Issue

I am not able to change the cover for any of my playlists. As soon as I select an image and click on "save changes", it would be loading forever until a message appears regarding my Internet connection.

I've tried this many times with different playlists and images, I've also checked that my Internet connection is just fine, yet it still doesn't allow me to change any cover at all.

What can I do to fix this? Been stuck like this for a couple days 😥 .Thank you!

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

First up, we suggest that you try changing it from a different device to see if the same happens. 

If the issue persists, would you mind giving a different internet connection a go to check if that does the trick? If you've been using WiFi, now you can try with mobile data. 

Lastly, you can also try changing the image's size and format or using a different one to rule out any issues with the image itself.

I have tried every solution- nothing works. Even the create your own cover in the app will not change the cover...

My Question or Issue

I can't change the playlist cover on my playlists; it gives me a big red "Failed to save playlist changes. Please try again." I've tried:

• Changing it on my phone.
• Decreasing the file size (which was only in the 100kb range anyway).
• Logging in and out twice.
• Clean reinstalling.
• Cleaning the cache.
• A different connection.

So basically, everything that was given to me on other threads has been tried, and failed. I'm frustrated to the point of tears- is there anything left to try?

I figured out how to change the playlist cover! Hit “Create cover art” instead, then go to where you can add images. Add your picture, size it, and it should work!

Even that wouldn't work for me! It told me "Unable to save- There was a problem saving your cover. Check your internet connection and try again." Thanks anyway, though!

Yeah I've tried each of these tips and then some, and none of them seem to work. I've been trying to upload a photo for a playlist all day and have gotten nowhere with it.

I'm having this issue rn. I tried changing the cover of a playlist of mine but it kept telling me it wouldn't save. My next option was changing it on my laptop. Same issue. The internet is fine, but still went on my data. Nothing. What do I do?

I just tried the "create artwork" hack and that yielded the same failure message. I just want to upload a picture! I have exported the same image as a jpeg, tiff, png... nothing works!

i’ve been having the same issue, glad to know i’m not the only one. everything i’ve tried has not worked, even spotify support recommendations. pls help!!
