My Question or Issue

 

I am in the UK and have a free account. My fiancé is in Russia and had a free account (but can no longer access it).

 

My fiancé previously created two playlists and shared the URLs with me. I saved them to Your Library but I did not download them.

 

Now I cannot access these two playlists and I receive this message:

 

“This playlist isn’t available.

The owner of this playlist has made it private or removed it from Spotify.”

 

Is there any way I can access these two playlists, or at least their track listings to recreate the playlists in my account?

 

I have the titles of the playlists, my fiancé’s account name, her email address and the URL of the two playlists.

 

I know things have changed for Russian accounts but these playlists have a very sentimental value to me, hence my query.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

If your fiancé's account has been closed - the playlists will have been removed from the system as well. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the track list.
