I can’t play a specific song

I have Spotify premium and have wifi and phone data. I’ve been trying to play a specific song and haven’t been able to play it. Every time I tap on it when I look it up it doesn’t play anything. The song is not banned in my country or area because everyone else seems to be able to play it with no problem. The song is not gray or shows any other sign or banning. I looked up answers to see if anyone else was experiencing the same issue but so far no one else is going though the same thing. I tried various things including checking my birthday information on Spotify (I am over 18) and still no luck. I also tried adding the song to a playlist and my liked songs to see if I could play the song like that and when it reaches the song it stops playing automatically and doesn’t play the song… Please someone fix this.

Thanks for reaching out. This sounds a bit odd and we'll do our best to help you out here.

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? It's also a good idea to try and clean your cache to clear any old files that might be causing issues.

If that doesn't do it for you, we'll need to know if this happens on all your devices and their models and OS version.

Screenshots of what you see when you try playing the song will be very helpful to our investigation as well.
