I created a playlist on spotify but it keeps playing songs I didn't add

I created a playlist called Emily's songs but when I try to play the playlist it jumps to songs that are not on the play list at all How do I get just my playlist of selected songs to play?

Are you using the free version of the app? How many songs are there in the playlist, more or less than 15?
