[LINUX] Cannot transfer local files from Computer to iPhone

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to download local files from my computer on to my iPhone. Previously I've done this by syncing directly from Spotify, but that feature has been removed. All other threads suggest to use iTunes to sync, however there is no iTunes client for Linux. Is there another method I could use to achieve this.
