Leaving playlist when switching platforms

My Question or Issue

When starting to list to a downloaded playlist on my pc, the playlist is set to repeat and shuffle, and then switching to phone. The mobile app then disregards the repeat and shuffle setting and when reaching the end of the playlist and starts streaming other song and using my data, which is not ideal. Is this a bug or over-site?
