Libary Songs doesnt sync

[Yellowstones]

Hello

I use a windows pc , iphone xs and a galaxy s10 and have about 1800 Songs in my libary .

But since about 2 weeks the libary wont sync on the devices .

Sometimes i add a few Songs from device 1 to the libary but on device 2 and 3 the Songs arent got added . On device 1 i still see the ..

I try do reinstall the app on all devices and got the newest updates but it didnt helped 

I use Spotify Premium Family

There are 1800 Songs in the libary and i did download them on all devices to hear them if i am offline
