My Question or Issue

I have the free plan. I have multiple playlists on my iPad and had the same on my old phone. I just got a new phone and none of the playlists are showing on my new phone. One list title is shown but majority of songs are missing. How can I get all playlists on my new phone?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

First up, we suggest that you log out and then log back in to your account on your new phone to see if that makes the difference. 

 

If you still can't see all your playlists, we suggest that you open the app either on your iPad or on your old phone and head over to Settings > Account and check the email you've registered on your account. This is to ensure you're accessing to the correct account. 

 

Also, to check if you have more than one account on Spotify, we suggest that you take a look at this article.
