Liked Songs section empty

My Question or Issue

I was trying to go into the section in my library where all of my liked songs are, but it keeps saying that I have no liked songs. If I go into my playlists I can see that I have songs that I've liked, but they won't appear in the Liked Songs section. I've tried rebooting my computer, logging in and out, and it's still saying this. Is it a new premium feature?
