Hello Spotify, I have seen your new update, the lyrics can now only be seen by those with a premium account, but what about us, the free accounts? What is going to be next, paying just to listen to a song?Pay to be able to breathe? I think this update is unnecessary. If you continue making these types of updates, all the people who have Spotify will end up uninstalling the application. I hope this update is removed soon or else I will have to uninstall Spotify and go to another music application. I hope you have a good day and think about what I gave you

This new feature is absolutely ridiculous. As if not being able to choose a song to listen to & organize your own queue was stupid enough, this once-great platform overcomplicates itself by shoving more bare minimum features behind a paywall. At this point, just make the app pay-to-download and have all the premium features come with the purchase, because all of this accomplishes nothing except driving users away. I'd recommend using YouTube or SoundCloud because this app lost 90% of it's functionality.

I've had the same problem, my lyrics say that i can only use it if a i have premium. I searched some things up and I think it might be permanent, I also asked my friends who also use Spotify and they say it isn't working for them either. I'm debating if i should change to Musi or Apple Play. I agree with you, people are just going to leave Spotify and the lyrics are really bothering me.

I've had the same problem with my account, I also asked some of my other friends who use Spotify and its the same for them too, i think it might be permanate change. I agree with you, people are just going to leave Spotify for other music apps, I'm debating about changing to Musi or Apple Play. This "test" is really annoying me, i hope they change it.

Ive had the same problem for a few weeks, maybe a month too. I can only see the first 5 lines and nothing else. Before this update it already had the "The lyrics aren't available" bug under some songs(yes, i tried deleting the app, reinstalling, deleting cache, ANYTHING and no, it doesn't fix.) and now its even worse. I get that youre "testing", does testing take you MONTHS to finish? Its becoming very annoying tbh, I really love spotify and these updates and bugs just ruin everything. Please fix this.

• New accounts tend to give you a free month of no interruptions and unlimited skips and you can play the songs in any order when I downloaded it it was like that and it has recently changed to the free plan again it is a huge change that a lot of people can't get used too I've actually been using Spotify for years but I made a new account last month

I agree with this I just started Spotify two weeks ago and I’m already considering leaving it and switching back to YouTube I will deal with more ads on YouTube if it means I can see lyrics and listen to individual songs on my own

lyrics is one of the feature i love in any music apps, tbh, with too many subscriptions on many platform, i must choose wisely which one is better to be paid in minimum amount (yeah i'm stingy) and youtube which have combo with youtube music is better solution than spotify which only give music only (while on youtube have more diverse song in their arsenal)

either they lower the price more to netting more premium user or give more discount based on subscription, either way for now, spotify not in my list for paid apps to subscript, while they only for music only, some of song is limited and can't be heard at all because some restriction

mi cuanta de spotify no tiene la opcion de poner subtitulos en las letras de las canciones, he intentado con otras cuentas y si me deja , es de mi cuenta como si no tuviera la opcion activada o algo asi , ya probe intentando cambiar el idioma y ponerlo de nuevo en el mio y tampoco funciono espero me puedan ayudar

i was listening to karma by jojo siwa as a joke and i wanted the lyrics bc i wanted to read em and out of nowhere U NEED PREMIUM??? damn r they that broke like cmon they need to **bleep**ing give us free users back the lyrics and i now hate this monthly lyric limit like wth? aint no one gonna open up those lyrics E V E R Y M O N T H. **bleep** right spotify
