Hope you don't mind us replying in English 🙂

We had this Ongoing Issue in regards to what seems to be exactly what you're sharing with us.
If this is the case, as the issue was fixed with a recent app update - make sure your app has it installed.

 

In case you're on the latest app version but your issue persists, see if removing your cached data would make a difference.
A step further is to perform a complete clean reinstall of the app as shown here.
Note that performing both of these actions will remove your offline content. It will re-download the next time you open the app, base on your data download settings.

Lastly, if the issue remains, let us know these following details:

  • If the issue persists across multiple devices and/ or platforms
  • The make & model of the affected devices
  • Their OS versions
  • Your Spotify app versions
