Missing download feature

I joined a family plan premium but my Spotify is no longer showing me the option for downloading

Thanks for the post.

We'll do our best to help. 

Can you let us know what device you're using (Device model, OS version and Spotify version) and let us know if the download button is missing on all playlists and podcasts. You can also attach a screenshot of how things look in your app.

It's possible that you're logged in the wrong account, which could be set to Spotify free, so double check that you're seeing the correct username and profile picture and all of your original playlists.

Downloading option missing my latest Android mobile
