Unfortunately, the same thing that happened three years ago has just happened again: my largest playlist (1,073 followers) appears on my account, but is no longer public.

Since 12 October, I have been contacting support almost every day, and after doing everything necessary (clearing the cache, switching to private then public), the 15 to 20 advisors I have spoken to have all told me the same thing: create a new playlist or you will receive an email... Then they instantly cut off the conversation, which is not only rude, but above all disrespectful to customers like me who want answers.

In short, I don't know if anyone here can help me, but I admit that I am completely disillusioned by the attitude of the support service, which is not helping me at all.

It took me three years to build up a playlist with followers, and the reputation of our radio station is at stake. I don't want to have to start all over again from scratch.

Im in the same boat - i built up a nice playlist, promoted it and now it acts as if its private, some peolpe can load it but most can't and no support.  how do we get this fixed?  it seemed like it happened around Nov 18th - near cloudflare issue.  I've built up a following of 1,600+- followers and now its not working.  The way i test it is i open an inognito window, paste the url, and it says not found.

Unfortunately, I contact support every two or three days, but they never respond. They tell me I will receive an email that I never get, or they simply cut off communication because they don't respond. It's disgraceful! I don't understand why no one can help us.
