My Question or Issue

I am eagerly waiting for the release of the Mix feature which will allow transitions/ DJ type capability. I dont see it rollout to my account. Is there a timeline by when all users should see it?

I'm really sad that I can't access the lossless or the mix function. Has anyone else not got it yet? I'm on the Premium Duo, iPhone, iOS 26. I'm in the UK. Really tempted to go to Apple Music as I've been waiting for so long for these features 😞 It's quite unfair to roll out the features in this way, over such a long period of time, leaving so many users at a disadvantage despite paying the same Premium cost.

Nope.
I signed up for Apple Music Family sharing - 3 month promo plan.
They make it easy to transfer your playlist from spotify. It was seamless.
I like the lossless music.
The mix function is mediocre. I like the integration with other software
which spotify stopped supporting. I am using Djay to mix my own music.

i've been waiting for the mix feature for too long i need it like right now. that would literally make me spend my time on spotify atleast 2 times longer then im already using the app. like please just give me the feature

@Eni Can you please clarify why this feature isn't available on my Spotify account?

The help article states 'This new feature is rolling out to eligible Premium users, so please make sure your Spotify app is up to date.'

I am in the UK, using a Spotify Family account, and in the beta program. I am using Spotify on a Google pixel 7 and it's up to date. Is there something in there that is not eligible?

My Question or Issue

Hi! I still have not gotten the Mix feature as announced almost two months ago. I recently got an ad on TikTok saying it's available for everyone, which it is not. Everyone else I know has it except me and I really want to use the feature. Is there any type of phase rollout for this because Spotify is not very transparent with this. 

Should I contact support?

Spotify mix is such a useful and cool feature. Or at least it seems so be. I can't access it and neither can users across the globe. Please make it available in more countries than the USA! Make it available to all users, regardless of their location.

What's the point of paying premium if i won't get premium features, this feels like false advertisement.

I don't see it in Canada yet on my Android as a premium user.

Update: I see it now, weird. First had to install it from official Play Store (as opposed to inofficial) and run it there. After that it showed up in my inofficially downloaded app as well.
