Music is not downloading

Music is not downloading

My albums are not downloading into my library. Downloads stopped after the first few songs on one album. Any suggestions? I think it's a technical (software) issue that's with my account, but any suggestions/help is welcomed

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.


Could you try to log out > restart your phone > log back in and try to download an album to see if the app will complete the downloading process? 

It is also a good idea to clear cached files on your device by following this steps.

We'd recommend giving this a try on a different network as well. If you don't have another one available, you can ask a friend or a family member to start a hotspot for you and use that network and see if that issue still persists.

On another note, does this occur in both Desktop app & Mobile app?
