My Spotify library is old and I hate all the songs in it, is there any way I can wipe it clean easily

Unfortunately, right now, there's no easy way to reset it.

The best way to go is to create a new account.

Listen to music you like, listen to a variety of music you like, delete old playlists, be consistent, and the algorithm is pretty good at learning.
