how to clean spammed playlist

My playlist https://open.spotify.com/playlist/45VYsj6uqg9LD2DsgP1FQi?si=f5db993cb9d54d41 is spammed by user "biggest lil b fan in israel" by some gay spam tracks that dont even fit to the playlist,please how can i clean my playlist? thanks
