My Wrapped content is inaccurate

My Spotify wrapped in incorrect and incomplete, a song i listen to daily is at the bottom and has only been played 25 times supposedly. It seems it has only tracked the last 2/3 months? Also it's only 5 hours long even though I listened 19days, my boyfriend listened 7 days and has almost 7 hours on his wrapped.

So, my number 1 artist was apparently The Staves. taing 2 of my top 5 albums.... I've listened to them a handful of times. My Fifth favourite artist was Olivia Dean... I don't even know who that is!!!

My Question or Issue

According to my latest Spotify Wrapped, I listened to 25,000 hours of Podcasts this year. This is great, but I don't actually listen to podcasts on Spotify AT ALL, EVER! I looked at my recent listening history, and just yesterday I apparently listened to about 25 different podcasts in just one day. I cannot work out how this is happening. No one else appears to have access to my account, and if they do, they are ONLY listening to podcasts (not music) and a huge amount of them daily. How do I work out what is happening and stop this from happening?

Hello, my Wrapped plan for this year came with an error; it only counted around 8,000 minutes, which is impossible since I listen to Spotify a lot. My biggest streams this year were on television and lasted for hours and hours. I would like to know if you can provide support for this small problem? Thank you in advance.

I wish wrapped excluded nonmusical content or that there were lists for that sort of content. My list had no songs because I use sleep sounds at night so it was all that appeared on my list even though I listen to spotify almost 8 hrs a day 5 days a week at work.

My top 5 songs are the first 5 songs in my playlist and my top 5 artists are the artists of those songs... it doesn't even show songs I've had on repeat so many times at all. What's funnier is that spotify dj said it would play one of my top songs of the year and it actually played one of the songs I've had on repeat so I guess whatever stats are used for wrapped aren't as accurate as spotify dj 🤷‍

Yeah, but Spotify was playing 24/7 almost every day of the year, so it
should have been closer to 300 days.

My top artist and top 5 artists for my 2025 wrapped is inaccurate. In my top 100 songs, only 1 out of my top 5 artists show up and it says I listened to my top artists for over 900 minutes which is wildly overestimated. The top 5 songs seem fine but the artists are definitely not part of my listening habits and I’ve checked it through 3rd party Spotify websites.

My Wrapped is completely wrong. It has The Weeknd and Maneskin as two of my top artists - I NEVER listen to them. I don't even know that this happened.

I’m having the same issue, and none of the things that you suggest as a solution are possible. No one else listens to my account. I don’t leave it on in the background. I don’t play unknown playlists. The song that is listed as my number one played song for the year is a song I’ve never heard before.

I'm not happy with my Spotify wrap at all i listened to Taylor Swift the most my top artist is Taylor Swift so why My top songs are different ones ?

Hi, first off I'd like to thank you and the rest of the Spotify team for the awesome new update allowing us to listen to delicious full quality no-loss music and the added options to change shuffle to full shuffle (classic true random) - it's a pleasure listening to songs from my entire liked songs list again without the odd limitations shuffle had ended up with.

My Wrapped most listened song and genres are both wrong. I don't listen to any country-hiphop! I'm strictly within the various rock/metal genres. Wrapped claims my top played song is something that I have neither heard of and I can't imagine ever finding it on my own - the track "**bleep**" by "rehab". It claims that I listened to it more than 50 times!

I have changed my passwords for any log in option/link to Spotify and forced log-put everywhere in case anyone had access to my account - but when I checked which units/devices had access to my account I only found my own personal devices anyways, so I'm stumped as to how or where the wrong data/wrapped stats are from..

I’m so confused as well. My wrapped said I’m 31 in age ( I’m really 44) but it said 31 bc I listen to songs from the 2010’s… then you go to my top 25 songs and it’s all prog rock and singer songwriters from late 60’s/70’s and “oldest” song is early 90’s concrete Blonde??? 

I am confusion. 

also how is Taylor swift in my top artists when I have blocked her on the app, unfollowed and hit “hide this song” any time her music pops up in one of my radios. Why won’t this woman leave me ALONE

My Spotify Wrapped this year is wrong... I check statsforspotify pretty often. According to Wrapped Katy Perry is my top 2 artist of the year... she has not been near the top 20 in all year according to statsforspotify. The Associates is my top 5, I love them but I only listen to the same song very often... like according to statsforspotify they have not been either near the top 10 all year. I assume things are counted differently but such a difference is very striking

I know this is useless as you will tell me everything is fine/you cannot do anything/system is perfect. But honestly... this makes me question how the process is made as it does not reflect much of what I perceive my usage has been.

I just got my wrapped and it is all wrong. NONE of the top artists are people I listen to and the top song is definitely not one I listen to and it says it was played 15 times.  I know that my favorite songs were not that song and also played way more. I think someone is using my account. I have just changed my password. Is there anything else I should do?

Please make a sleep mode button that’s easily accessible and can be set during a recurring specific time or by the user pressing it when needed. This is the second year my wrapped is sleep sound filled. I excluded from taste profile this year as I read to do last year but didn’t know about going into setting and turning things private. A sleep mode that changes colours to let the user know they are safe from sounds interfering with their trends or wrapped playlist would be great. We all love to see our wrapped profiles… just not with sleep sounds.

My wrapped stats have a definite mistake. It has Tim McGraws Machine Hits as my number one album. I never even heard of this album, and definitely don't have it in my library. Why is this then listed? It is most definitely inaccurate.

My wrapped doesn't seem to reflect all my listening. It's showing I only listened to some of my favorite songs only 12 times which feels very low. Is there a way for my data to be reviewed? I'm wondering why some of my listening is excluded. I travel and use on various types of devices (casting, computer, TV, Android Auto).

My Wrapped is completely wrong. My No 1 genre is listed as Acoustic Country?! I never listen to any country. The playlist is full of country artists and song I've never heard of or listened to. I'm a Premium subscriber and the fact that Spotify says they won't fix their data errors is disgusting. I was looking so forward to my Wrapped this year. It's 100% not mine
