Wrapped 2025 available only on Mobile

Hey there! I don't have a wrapped in either my desktop app, in my desktop browser, or in my mobile app. I don't expect it to be in my mobile app because I can't update it, my phone is that old, but I should be able to see it in the desktop app no? (Which is up to date)

Bear in mind that you can find your Wrapped only on the Spotify mobile app. You can follow the steps here to locate it. We'd recommend to always make sure you’re on the latest mobile version of the Spotify app.

I saw this was voted on in a previous year, but it hasn't been resolved so I wanted to add it again. I wasn't able to see my spotify wrapped this year because I have an old phone that can't download the latest version of spotify. People who pay for the subscription should be able to experience all the features!! I think having it available to see on the web version would make this possible.

my phone is too old to access wrapped. i look forward every year but the fact you don't even let people use the laptop versions for wrapped is a huge let down to all your subscribers who don't want to pay for a new phone.

My phone is too old to update to the newest version of Spotify 😞 I just want to see my wrapped! Can you not at least make a desktop version even if it sucks? 😭

This is ridiculous, a large majority of users are on Desktop. And on top of all that, a large portion of users cannot even update their Spotify to the latest version as older iOS devices don't support any apps over iOS 16. Please fix this!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding accessibility issues with Spotify Wrapped 2025.

At present, Wrapped is only available through the mobile application and is not accessible on Desktop devices. This presents a significant limitation for users who primarily rely on the Desktop app.

Furthermore, accessing Wrapped on mobile requires the latest version of the Spotify app, which in turn requires iOS 16 or later. Users with devices running iOS versions below 16 are unable to update the app and therefore have no method of viewing Wrapped at all.

As a long-term Spotify user, it is disappointing to be excluded from a major annual feature despite consistent platform usage. I respectfully request that Spotify consider making Wrapped fully available on Desktop to ensure equitable access for all users, regardless of their mobile device compatibility.

Update (12/06/2025):
I contacted Spotify Live Support regarding this issue. They confirmed that the full, interactive Wrapped 2025 experience is currently exclusive to the mobile app, specifically for devices running app version 9.0.90. While this means Desktop users and those on iOS versions below 16 cannot access Wrapped this year, they mentioned that there is hope for updates regarding Desktop availability in next year’s Wrapped release.

While I appreciate the clarification, it remains disappointing that a large number of loyal users are completely excluded from Wrapped 2025. I hope Spotify will seriously consider making Wrapped accessible on Desktop in the future so that all users can enjoy this annual feature.

Is this EVER going to be available on DESKTOP? I have a big beautiful monitor that I prefer to LOOK at things on. I have the spotify app on my desktop. If not, can I opt out of the data collection and the emails about it, because I DO NOT PREFER to look at things on my tiny phone screen.

I wanted to just say a polite screw you guys for removing PC/web support for wrapped, plus making the update IOS 16.1 required. You're a big company spotfiy, maybe put some cash towards the teams and products who keep you afloat. I also wanna say I feel bad for the intern who has to run this community page, filled with complaints, and I'm sorry to add to your work load.

I made my account years ago but can't access the original email anymore, so I cannot log into this account on any other devices nor can I edit the information, since I also don't remember my password... great. My only issue here is that I can't access my Spotify wrapped for 2025. I could access it just fine in 2023, 2024, etc. Why is 2025 now exclusive to mobile users only? That's not fair, and it has made me upset because I have zero solutions to my issue(s). So, if I can't access wrapped on 2025, then help me recover my information because I put a lot of personality into my wrapped this year and I want to see it.

It is indeed ridiculous that a feature is only available on mobile app that many people don't even use. Way to be user unfriendly. I mean, I don't really care that much. I survived without Wrapped last year and I will surely do so this one as well.

It's outrageous that it can't be viewed on anything other than a phone app. What the **bleep**? I pay for the service, but I can no longer update (nor will I) on my phone. Last straw Spotify.

Considering all of the complaints about Spotify wrapped only being available on the app, Spotify really should fix this so that everyone who wants to can participate. I may be one of few but I don't even use a mobile/cell phone at all. It's all web based. I would still like to see and even share what Spotify Wrapped says but shouldn't need a cell phone to do it
