My Question or Issue

Subject: Playback Error: Playlist skipping and playing external tracks

Hello,

I am writing to report a persistent issue with my playback over the last few days.

The Problem:

Unwanted Tracks: When I play one of my playlists, Spotify begins playing random songs that are not included in that playlist.

Broken Sequential Play: The "Next" function seems broken. Instead of moving to the next song in my list automatically, the music stops or shifts to a random track. I am forced to manually select every song I want to hear.

Troubleshooting already tried:

I have checked that "Shuffle" is off.

I have checked my "Autoplay" settings.

Could you please check if there is a glitch with my account sync or if this is a known bug in the current app

version?

Regarding your case, I recommend you log out of your account and log back in; update the app to the latest version; and, if possible, clear the cache (or reinstall the app) to eliminate corrupted data.

Also, since you're using the Free plan on your phone, remember that there may be shuffling/recommendations during playback.
