My Question or Issue

Hi, this is my first time here. I just installed spotify in my windows. All my playlists appear empty, my songs, artists, albums, etc. And if I search a song it don't play anything and remain thinking. In my app on android everything works well

thanks for reaching out !

I would recommend following the steps provided here and perform a clean reinstall which is a bit different and will lead to the installation of a Microsoft version of Spotify.
