Offline playlists not loading with bad connection

Very frustrating that, if I have a bad internet connection, my playlists (and sometimes the titles) wont load, even though they're downloaded onto my phone. It seems the app is waiting on the internet connection to connect to the playlist. But if I turn my phone on airplane mode it connects instantly, as it isn't waiting on a connection being made.

Could you please provide us the following:

• Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
• When did this start happening?
• Is this with all playlists?
• Try performing a clean reinstall if you haven't already.
