My Question or Issue

Im premium family user,

my account connect to my 3 device, smartphone, tablet & laptop

 

Problem

1. on my tab, i cannot add more song, the notif show, "Epic collection, friend. Your library is all filled up. To save more, you'll need to remove some songs"

but its working well on my smartphone & laptop. Why I cant add more song on my tab

 

2. The song that i add on my laptop & smartphone not sync on my tab,

for example, There are 95 song  "liked song" on my smartphone playlist, but its only show 89 song on my tab

 

3. I already try to log out, unistall, reinstall my spotify apps on tab, but the issue still there

This sound a bit odd.

 

Let's start with a clean reinstall of the app on the relevant device and at the same time making sure you're using an up-do-date device.
