Recently I switched from my own premium account to a family plan, all my playlists transferred though pdf drag and drop, now every time I try and add a song it says I must make a new playlist. Any ways I can fix this?

You mentioned your iOS version is iOS 10. Spotify supports devices with iOS versions iOS 11 or later. Could you let me know which device you have?

 

You could try updating your device by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

I reinstalled the app on IOS 10, and it’s still acting up.

I have had a software update and I now am using IOS 13.6.1, on an iPhone 8.
