My Question or Issue

My playlist on my PC randomly removed my downloaded songs and won't let me re-download them. Whenever I click the download button it immediately goes 1 quarter of the way and then stops. This problem is stopping me from syncing my local files on my phone so it is getting very annoying. I've tried just about everything it feels like such as deleting my cache on my phone and pc, uninstalling, and then reinstalling the app, I even tried changing the location of the offline files, and I made sure I had enough storage on my computer for everything. Looking for some guidance to help my problem.

Hi there @happy0707,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

Just to confirm, did you reinstall the app by following these steps? Those are more thorough and can help remove any corrupted files that might be causing trouble. We also suggest downloading the app again from the Microsoft Store.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you try using a different connection, like another WiFi network or a mobile hotspot? Make sure to have both devices connected to the same network.

Keep us posted.

Yes, that is the exact forum I used when reinstalling. I have also tried to more than one wifi still doesn't work. The problem is that it's not downloading my playlist. I tried syncing with my laptop and it worked just fine it's only happening on my PC.

Hey @happy0707,

Thanks for keeping us in the loop 🙂

It's a good idea to download the app from our website to see if that makes a difference.

We'd suggest you also give the steps mentioned in this thread a go and clear the cache from the local files.

In case nothing changes, you can send us a screenshot of what you're seeing. We'll look into this further.

Keep us posted.
