Just to double-check, are you 100% sure you're experiencing this with the right account when trying to restore the playlist in the overview page? Just in case you accidentally accessed another (empty) account you created with similar credentials. If you'd like to make sure you're accessing the right one, take a look at the steps in this Support site article.
Regarding the link you shared, we tested it and we received the error message "couldn't find that playlist" (which would make sense if the playlist was deleted).
We'll look out for your reply and you to confirm you're accessing the right account before moving forward.
