My Question or Issue:

1. All my personal playlists (created by me) were made into public playlists when they were originally public.

2. Why are my personalized playlists (ex. top songs, "on repeat" etc) considered public playlists?

Hey @oceandreams.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

These playlists (Top Songs, On Repeat, etc) are created by Spotify for you based on your listening habits (what you like, share, save, skip) and they're marked as Public by default. Nevertheless - they will not show on your profile by default, so users who open your Spotify Profile won't see it and won't be able to follow it, unless you specifically send them a link to the playlist.

If you're unsure if a playlist is public or private, check out this support article. If you see the option "Add to Profile" when you open the settings for a playlist, this means it is currently private and not visible to other users.

Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need anything else, the Community is here for you.
