Playlist recovery does not work

Playlist recovery does not work

Dear all, 

 

I was forced by Spotify to change my country from Germany to Switzerland because I live in Switzerland but still use a German credit card. After switching, all of my playlist are gone. I checked this forum and saw that there is a function to recover playlists. So I tried that but all its says is somethin like:

"There is an error occuring during recovery of your playlist. Please try it another time".

 

Not sure when "another time" shall be, but I am waiting all day long. Thanks for your help, I cannot stand the idea of losing my awseome playlists which I have built up for over 4-5 years.

Have you tried using a different device / incognito webpage / different internet connection for the process ?

It's possible you're logged into the wrong account.

Please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details and make sure you've used the right credentials when logging in.

 

I would recommend logging out on all devices, then back in.
