they let you put 10,000 a playlist. Once you get up there / to 10,000 you'll get a "You've filled this playlist to the max. Impressive. Start a new one now and keep collecting" message

I understand you correctly - I can create a maximum of 10,000 playlists?
How many tracks I can add to one playlist?

Yes! You can add up to 10,000 songs on a playlist.
