My Question or Issue

We have a family plan. When I log in with me (Plan manager) I get an error saying something went wrong. I can play music by clicking the play button, but I dont see any content or home page. When I log in with an other family member everything works perfectly. Any idea why this happens to this one profile?

Sorry to see this has been happening!

It looks like the error is connected to your account data on the device 🙂 We can see if this is the case by removing it - follow these steps to do so.

Should the issue remain after this you can also go for a complete clean reinstall of the Spotify client, which will remove all Spotify-related data from the device and install a fresh copy.
