[Playlists] playlist help

ive been having a real hard time trying to find HOW TO JUST MAKE A SIMPLE HELP POST!!!! I CLICK SUPPORT AND IT BRINGS ME TO FAQ. I LITERALLY CANNOT FIND HOW TO GET TO SUPPORT. SO HERE YOU GO! 

I have a playlist that keeps disappearing from my view. it shows up as liked and in my library still but the name is gone and is not available to click on, but i can search it up again, even while playing it.

i have done a clean install of the app, win 10.
