My Question or Issue

I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll try to help.

 

Can you try having a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? Make sure to download it from the official source for  your device (Google Play, App Store...).

Instalei Spotify APK por um link no tiktok, ele parou de funcionar e instalei o Spotify oficial, mas nenhum dos dois está funcionando.

É como se minha conta estivesse bloqueada, aparece como se não houvesse músicas em minhas playlist e não toca nenhuma música.

Same problem here, using the latest update of the app from the Play Store. Spotify desktop app works fine.

My Question or Issue

All playlists are empty on my phone on my account. On the other all works, but it could be because I have premium. On my laptop everything works fine on my main acc and all the music works. App shows that i'm listening from laptop, but still every playlist is empty. Can you help me please?

This solution isn't working for me. All my playlists are empty, Spotify generated playlists say content isn't available anymore, or are just empty as well. I can't even search a song. I've tried everything, my region is correct, I reinstalled many times, restarted my phone but the issue remains. The wen player works fine and i would just use that however i cannot add to or edit my playljsts there.

This doesn't help. Web player works fine but I can't edit or add to playlists there.

This looks like a cache issue, so I'll suggest you to work on that.  

 

You can clear Spotify Cache via Android Settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone.

  2. Tap Apps or Apps & notifications.

  3. Tap See all apps (if necessary), then find and tap Spotify.

  4. Tap Storage & cache.

  5. Tap Clear Cache (⚠️ Do not tap “Clear Storage” unless you want to log out and reset the app data).

You can also Clear Spotify's Cache From Within the App:

  1. Open the Spotify app.

  2. Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right to open Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Storage.

  4. Tap Clear cache.

After clearing the cache, close and reopen the app — or restart your device — to see if it resolves the issue.

I'm having the same issue , my playlists shows empty on my phone , I haven't tried on my laptop but i used it mostly on my phone ... tried the cache option and uninstall it , I also restarted my cellphone but nothing is working 

 Somebody can help me with**bleep**?!?! I try reinstall, delete cashe and I am in the same region!!!

That still doesn't help. I've cleared the cache in the app as well as in android settings. Even reinstalling the app doesn't help. Web player works fine but inside the app, no song will play, playlists (even Spotify generated playlists) are empty.

Well in this case could you please update the app directly from the Google Play Store ?

The app is from playstore, as was the original version before being updated. This issue just started in the current version. Even playlist icon images are missing for most playlists, but I would be happy just to see the contents of the playlist 

I'm having the exact same issue. None of my playlists or albums show any songs — I only get the message “This content is no longer available.”

 

I’ve already tried everything:

 

Cleared cache and app data

 

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app

 

Restarted my phone

 

Logged out and back in

 

 

The issue still happens only on my original account. When I log in with a new account on the same phone, everything works fine — so it’s clearly a problem with my account, not my device or connection.

 

Please help. This happened to me once before and reinstalling fixed it, but not this time.

My Question or Issue

 

When I try to search for anything it only shows playlist titles, all playlists are empty, like all of them not only mine, my home page only shows random unpersonalized things that are also empty. I can't play anything. Spotify works on all my desktops but not on my phone. I tried clearing cache and all date, re-downloading the app, restarting my phone but it's still like that. Its been like that for around 3 days now.

Favorite tracks are available on web and PC versions, but not necessarily in the mobile app.

Bluetooth is disabled, you have already rebooted and reinstalled the app.

 

In fact, I have the problem, I don't know if it's the same but here are the screenshots.

When I go to see a playlist They appear like this, without a cover image, and when I enter those 3 it tells me that I have no content added.

Also when I enter a playlist recommended by Spotify it tells me the same thing
