Problem with downloaded songs

My Question or Issue

Hi there,

Both my partner and I have Honor 8x phones and we're both having the same issue - when listening offline to downloaded song, they stop playing usually after 2 or 3 songs. You only need to press play to get them to continue which is fine for me as I'm usually just walking down the street but not so good for him as he's usually driving. His phone is plugged into the car stereo with an ordinary headphone socket and I listen usually on blu-tooth headphones. 

Any help would be appreciated.

You can start off by checking your phones' settings and making sure that Spotify is set as an exception in any battery saving apps or options that you might have.

If that doesn't do it for you, we can recommend performing a clean reinstall to see if that will help the issue.
