Problem with favorites

My Question or Issue

• many of ignored tracks got unignored without my interaction and were played
• some of favored by me tracks have removed their "favorite" status without my interaction

Thanks for reaching out. Could you elaborate a little bit further on what the exact behaviour is? Namely:

• Regarding the disliked/ignored songs, do those still appear in the list as shown here or were they removed from there? And if instead they simply still appear in certain playlists, which ones are those? There are only specific playlists that are affected by this list.
• Regarding the liked songs issue, were the tracks really removed or are they simply no longer available on Spotify? Enable the setting to show unavailable content from your app's settings and check, if the songs are still in the list, but are greyed out, then this is a matter of availability.
