I think that this is a great idea as well, and you can feel free to submit it as a new idea in the Ideas Exchange of the Spotify Community. The more votes an idea gets, the likelier it is that Spotify will implement it; and you can read more about how feedback on ideas reaches Spotify here.

There is also a Live Idea in the Ideas Exchange of the Spotify Community for being able to view playlist followers; if this is something that you’re interested in as well, I recommend adding your +VOTE to this idea, even though its status is “Not Right Now.”
