How do you add a new issue?

I can't find start a topic and I can't find anywhere to report something.

Anyway:

Here in Sweden I get an ad for "StrutsEkonomi" or whatever, I don't remember who is doing it but they speak about poking your head in the sand and so on.

Anyway if I pause that ad (and then change tab / window) sometimes it just mess up Spotify completely and whatever was in my play and queue list is gone or it can't be unpaused and opening new tabs with Spotify also can't resolve it and it's stuck and one can't unpause.

I pause it because it's long and disturbing and break the flow but this have happened many times now and only with that ad as far as I'm aware.

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. We moved your post to a separate thread as its topic is different from the other one's you commented on. 

Just to confirm, does this happening across devices or only on a specific one? It'd be helpful if you could check. 

If it only happens on a specific device, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

On another note, if you'd like to report the ad's content or the frequency you're hearing it, you can do it in this thread.
