Playlist not shown in Library

Well I can see my playlist but it acts like I don’t own it. When I try to add a song and press add to playlist I can’t find the playlist even though i own it. The only way I can access the playlist is going into a song I already added to the playlist and then pressing the playlist title. I can’t access it from recently played or library. It’s honestly really annoying.
