Recommendations still with no smart shuffle on

Anything I listen to online it plays the first song then switches to recommendations. I don't use smart shuffle also. Need help plz

You've mentioned that recommendations play after the first song you play, but does this happen when you've searched for a song or starting playback from a playlist for example?

It's worth mentioning that the Autoplay feature enables Spotify to automatically play similar songs when you reach the end of an album, playlist, or selection of songs, so make sure that you've disabled it in Settings.

If you've already disabled Autoplay and Smart Shuffle, but this keeps happening then let us know if this happens across devices and if it's on a particular one. If it's a specific device, then you could go for a clean reinstall which often helps resolve different performance issues. You can follow the steps here.
