My Question or Issue

Hi. I’ve just reinstalled Spotify and reinstated my Premium plan after not using it for a few months, but I’ve noticed that my RR has disappeared. I’m aware that this is a known and supposedly resolved issue, but somehow it’s just happened to me now.  I follow a lot of artists and have tons of playlists saved, which is probably what causes the app to slog to begin with, but could that also cause my RR to vanish?

The size of your library shouldn't by itself cause Release Radar to be removed, so don't worry about that. We'll do our best to help you isolate the issue and get your playlist back. Could you try the following and let us know if there's any difference:

• Search for Release Radar directly by going to Search > Made for You > Discover New Music and check whether it appears there.
• Logging out and then back in at least twice in a row can trigger an account refresh and has helped in similar cases, so give it a try. 
• If you're using the Android app, check the web player or the desktop app and, if possible, another device. This will help us determine whether the issue is device-specific or account-related.
• Clear cache to remove any potentially corrupted data.
