Shuffle is not random

My Question or Issue

Shuffle does not randomize tracks. Instead, it has a top 10-15 of tracks that get played in random order, but always the same 10-15 tracks before it moves on to other tracks.

I tested this with this playlist:

Whenever I start playing it these tracks are played first before any of the other 100 tracks are played:

• Tina Turner - The Best
• Gabrielle - Rise
• Annie Lennox - Walking on broken glass
• Elbow - One Day Like This
• U2 - Beautiful Day
• George Micheal - Faith
• TOTO - Africa
• Jackie Wilson - Your Love Keeps Lifting Me Higher
• George Michael - I knew you were waiting
• Ronan Keating - Life is a rollercoaster
• Natasha Bedingfield - Unwritten

Can we have a true shuffle feature? Not a whatever-makes-us-the-most-money shuffle or a what-we-think-you-like-best shuffle?
