Button is there. Toggles: shuffle/ smart shuffle/ off. But Spotify just plays the tracks in sequence. No matter what

You should try deleting and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue. 🙂

I am having issues as well with Shuffle on the Windows desktop app. I will set it to my preference and then it will turn off automatically as I start to play music. I will click it again and it does not seem to stick all the time. I have issues on 2 different PCs. One is Windows 10 and one is Windows 11. I'm not sure that reinstalling the app will fix anything, but it could be worth a shot.
