First thing we recommend is trying if a clean reinstall would help with this issue. The clean reinstall will remove corrupted data from previous installations and get you the latest app version with all necessary updates.
If you still experience the issue after performing a clean reinstall, it's a good idea to check the hosts file for entries that need to be deleted. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that.
