So a while ago (roughly 1.5 years) I liked a single song by an artist I found on Instagram (LaLion) and ever since his content keeps getting auto-liked and added to my library. I've tried removing them individually, stopped following the artist, even blocking the artist on Spotify but their content is continuing to appear without my consent. Im not a new user as I've had premium for nearly half a decade, and I have over 2k liked songs, both of which I saw were issues for others. Is there any way I can get this fixed? Or am I doomed to eternally removing sub-par songs from my liked list?

My Question or Issue
Hey there @Nick3902,
Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.
First up, we suggest that you unblock the artist and then block them again. Afterwards, make sure to log out and then log back in to your account twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and device.
If this doesn't do the trick, it's recommended you secure your account by following the steps below:
It's also worth checking the apps that are linked to your Spotify account on your account page under Apps and remove any you don't recognize. You can find out more tips on how to protect your account here.
Keep us posted on how it goes.
Hello, I have had issues with this exact artist; LaLion. I have removed the songs individually, and blocked the artist as well with no avail. I am also a long time user. Surely that can’t be a coincidence.
So there is an artist that I think I had presaved a single album for a couple years ago. I have since unfollowed, unliked songs individually, told spotify not to play the artist, everything I can think of, but still every time they upload a song, it automatically saves to my liked songs, even though it's grayed out because I said not to play the artist. How do I make that STOP happening?
I have the exact same issue with the exact same artist. Ive done all that was recommended on this thread and it didnt fix anything. Its definitely an issue with spotify or this specific artist.
Hello same problem… they are real solution for block or ban this artist? I receive mail spam of this artist, and i don’t know how is possible…
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out in this thread!
@Adram - would you mind sending us a screenshot of the email you received? Ensure that the sender is visible on the picture, but make sure to hide any personal info, as this is a public forum.
To confirm, is the music from this artist added to your Liked Songs or Your Library automatically as well? It would also be great if you could double-check so you're not following the artist in question. You can see this in Your Library > Artists.
Keep us posted!
I am also having this same issue with this same artist.
Super frustrating!
I'm using Spotify premium in NZ so it seems it's a worldwide issue 😫
Hey @Void_Walker,
This is quite odd! When you say it's the same issue, are you referring to the same artist re-appearing in your library or the emails @Adram has mentioned? If it's the latter, please refer to the reply from @Maria.
