My Question or Issue

added some songs to a playlist today via the app and a few hours later they're missing from the playlist? they're still available and i was able to re-add them, just not sure if they'll stay this time.

i've deleted the app and cleared the cache. both my phone and spotify app are fully updated.

additionally, if this is an issue with the playlist itself when I try to copy the songs to a new one via the copy to playlist feature it seems like it's always missing songs. the numbers never match.

Thanks for reaching out via the Community and welcome!

 

Since you've already performed some troubleshooting steps, to test if it's a device-related issue, would it be possible to create a new playlist on desktop (preferably in the app) and copy the songs from the current playlist? You can check out this FAQ article with some helpful steps on how to copy songs to a new playlist.

 

After that, try accessing the new playlist from your phone and let us know if the amount of tracks matches across devices and if the songs remain in the new playlist.
