Sort by artist in a playlist I created.

My Question or Issue:

With the latest update for PCs I can no longer sort by artist.  I can sort by Title, Album, Date Added or Length of Song.  For some reason they took sort by Artist away.  If anyone from Spotify reads this, can you please change it back?  I have a super large playlist that I often sort by artist so I can see what songs I have by that artist/band.

Also with the newest version/update they took away the feature that told you that a song was already in your playlist if you tried to add it again.  So now if I add a song I will have a duplicate in my playlist.

I know these issues are easy to put back, because they were there for years.

Can someone help with this?

John

These two "updates" (removal of features) are awful. Why was it done?

Hey again @Zuggle,

Thank you for your reply and feedback.

We're always testing things by adding or removing features to make Spotify better overall. We’re sorry that this means you’re not able to use Spotify like you wish to do at the moment.

We're constantly aiming to improve our features so we hope you’ll continue using it and find it gets better in the future.

Once again - thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it. Let us know if we can help with anything else. We're always one reply away.
