Spotify 2020 Wrapped not working

Spotify 2020 Wrapped not working

There is no information for my personal 2020 wrapped. I can see the top songs in my country, but nothing for me. I reported it before and Spotify said they fixed it but literately nothing changed. I have everything updated to the most recent version, and I restarted the app.

We recommend taking a look at these Wrapped 2020 FAQs and make sure you meet the criteria to get your Wrapped. You'll find there all the info needed on how it works and how to deal with issues happening on your Wrapped 2020.

 

If you do meet it and don't see the banner in the Wrapped Hub on the Home section of the mobile app (you can also find the Hub by searching for Wrapped in the mobile app's search bar), we recommend that you make sure that you have the latest version of the app - you can check that on the Google Play store. It's also a good idea to clear your device's cache. We see that most of the folks who had the issue report this being what ultimately fixed it for them.
