My Question or Issue

When I use the Spotify App on my phone ot says that not of my playlists or liked somgs exist, but if I use the pc app, web player, or the tv app everything is there.  On the phone app it says that nothing exist and all my personalized playlists are empty. It also will not let me change the storage location. Ive tried reinstalling and logging in and out be nothing is working. Also if I try to play something from the TV to the phone from my library it does not work. I really need help because spotify is how I cope with stuff ;-;

We'll do our best to help.

 

To me it sounds like there might be some issues with the app data/ cache on your phone. It's best to run a clean reinstall of the app on your phone, following these steps exactly.

 

You might also consider removing your SD card, after uninstalling the app. After you reinstall, don't insert the SD card straight away, but wait and check if the app works normally.
