My Question or Issue

Hello I've uploaded songs to a playlist from my local files, then selected download the tracks on my android phone. When I try to play the songs in the Spotify app on my android phone they aren't available to play. What do I need to do to fix the problem? My account is premium. Thank you!

Hi, thanks for asking in the community!

Make sure to read this FAQ about local songs which will clear some doubts about why not all local songs work. Once you are done with the FAQ, try turning them off and removing all local songs from the App. Restart the App and then import local files again, and check if it is working now. If it's still not working then try a clean install of the Spotify App, more about that here.
